01. UAV/ Drone Surveys :

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone, as an unmanned aircraft system (UAS), or by several other names, is an aircraft without a human pilot aboard. The flight of UAVs may operate with various degrees of autonomy, either under remote control by a human operator or fly autonomously based on pre-programmed flight plans. Geocon Surveys provides this service and have used this technology for providing output for various applications of geo-referenced co-ordinates for capturing of exact locations survey data. This is also ideal for carrying out Topographic Survey of any land where speed and accuracyis of priority.

02. LIDAR Surveys :

LiDAR is a surveying method that measures distance to a target by illuminating that target with a laser light. We at, GEOCON SURVEY, provide topographical LiDAR, Terrestrial LiDAR, Mobile LiDAR and Static LiDAR Surveys. We combine LiDAR with GIS data and other survey information to generate complex geomorphic structure mapping products, advanced 3D models/earthwork profiles, rendering of structures and many additional high value mapping products. Geocon Surveys have an experienced team to Point out Field Boundaries of patta lands. Demarcation of the land on the petitions filed by the private parties. F- Line cases are requests to refix the survey number boundary line or Sub-Division line boundary on ground “in accordance with the measurements noted in the survey records” i.e., FMB or Town survey records available in Tahsildar office or Municipal office. We are known for delivering accurate details and solving complex issues.

04. Land Acquisition Surveys :

Land acquisition in India refers to the process by which the union or a state government, where it acquires private land for the purpose of industrialisation, development of infrastructural facilities or urbanisation of both Private & Government Lands and provides compensation to the affected landowners and their rehabilitation and resettlement. Generally a corridor is prepared which is referred as ROW (Right of Way) as required for the project development. Further the survey boundaries which are infringing into the ROW is required to be estimated for compensation of the acquired areas within a boundary or a land parcel. We offer this services for Road Projects (New and strengthening and widening Projects), Canal & Dams, Railways, Industrial Corridors etc…

05. Re-Surveys and Enjoyment Surveys :

Re- Survey has been conducted nearly 60 years back across India. Fragmentation of land holdings due to family partition, registration etc. in large scale have taken place but they are not reflected in survey records properly. Sub division Survey is done and actual sub division number will be assigned instead of notional sub division number to reduce the land complaints and land litigation. Lot of disparities between ground position and survey records and web land data were found. We are specialized to diagnose, rectify and giving final output as per Government norms. Our expertise gave scope to participate in various Government Pilot projects.

06. Lay-outs :

07. Topographical Survey :

While the standard land survey deals primarily with marking out the boundaries of a parcel of land, a topographic survey is primarily concerned with noting the natural and manmade features on the land itself. These may include hills, ravines, streams, trees, fences, buildings, and other improvements over the natural state of the land. A topographic survey shows the location, size and height of these types of improvements, as well as gradual changes or contours in elevation. Unlike boundary or residential land surveys, a topographic land survey focuses more on elevation and existing physical features. Our field experts will collect these measurements with a surveying quality instruments and further use in mapping.

08. Control and Traverse Surveys:

A traverse consists of a series of lines, whose lengths and directions are measured, connecting points whose positions are to be determined. A traverse may be either open or closed.

CONTROL SURVEYS provide "basic control" or horizontal and vertical positions of points to which supplementary surveys are adjusted. Control Points are conducted to provide geographic positions and plane coordinates of triangulation and traverse stations and the elevations of bench marks. These control points are further used as references for hydrographic surveys of the coastal waters; for topographic control; and for the control of many state, city, and private surveys. An accurately surveyed coordinate location for a physical feature that can be identified on the ground. Control points are used in least-squares adjustments as the basis for improving the spatial accuracy of all other points to which they are connected. We use this collected data for quality checking and future reference, as well we deliver this for infrastructure projects.

09. Route & Alignment Surveys (Roads, Railways, Canals, Pipelines, Electrical Lines, Drainage & Sewage System) :

To construct anything haphazardly is not engineering. Prior to survey the available maps of proposed area are studied. This helps in fixing suitable alignment and facilitate various surveys work. The various engineering surveys which are carried out for the choice of route of a new railway line, Road, Canal, Pipelines, Electrical Lines, Drainage & Sewage surveys can broadly be divided in to three categories: Reconnaissance Survey, Preliminary Survey & Location Survey. We provide all the consulting services, including feasibility study, detailed project report and cost estimation etc. for Route & Alignment Surveys.

12. Contour Surveys

Contouring survey is the determination of elevation of various points on the ground. The process of tracing contour lines on the surface of the earth is called contouring and the maps upon which these lines are drawn are called contour maps. A contour map therefore, gives an idea of the altitudes of the surface feature as well as their relative positions in plan. Thus a contour map serves the purpose of both, a plan and a section. The constant vertical distance between two consecutive contours is called the Contour Interval and the horizontal distance between any two adjacent contours is termed as the horizontal equivalent. The horizontal equivalent depends upon the slope of the ground. We at Geocon Surveys provide wide spectrum of contour services for all types of survey related projects using ETS, DGPS, Drone and LiDAR etc. technologies.
